Farmers who claim to have been cheated by microfinance companies staged a protest in the Capital on Tuesday.

The agitated debtors staged a protest at Maitighar against the microfinance companies, accusing the latter of financial fraud.

Hundreds of money-borrowers and farmers, who claim to have been wronged, gathered in the capital to participate in the demonstration called on by the “Struggle Committee against Microfiances, Nepal” presenting a nine-point demand.
